From Storm to finish we're here to help!
FOLLOW THESE FEW STEPS TO ENSURE A HASSLE FREE CLAIM PROCESS
Step 1: If you feel you may have damage to your home or roof, contact Caliber Construction to set up a free inspection/consultation at your convenience.
Step 2: If the representative from Caliber Construction finds damage and cause for a claim, he or she will tactfully develop an action plan and discus in detail your best options for filing and making the most of your claim. We can't file your claim for you, but from start to finish we can work directly with your insurance.
Step 3: Once you've filed your claim the insurance company will contact you with the name and phone number of the adjuster that will be inspecting your property. One of the services we are happy to provide is meeting with your adjuster to ensure the inspection is done thoroughly and to the industry standards your insurance company has promised to provide. You can have them contact us directly to set up an appointment with us, or schedule a time and date that works for you to be there as well if you so choose. We are happy to accommodate your schedule.
Step 4: After the meeting with your adjuster, your representative from Caliber and insurance adjuster will go over the results of your inspection. We will then bring any samples and products you may want to see, and go over a construction schedule to restore your home. Typical lead times for recieving materials and completion of projects range from one to two weeks, and can be expedited if needed.
Providing the highest Caliber of workmanship, we complete the project to your satisfaction. Every time.
